Time Running Out To Book For Butterfly Ball

The 2014 Butterfly Ball & Charity Auction is being held at the Oakey Cultural Centre, Saturday 4th October. Doors open 6pm for a 6:30pm start.

This year’s ball is going to be a brilliant night!

The Keynote speaker is Senator Claire Moore. Distinguished guests include Deputy Mayor Cr Williams, Mr John Minz, the family of  Noelene Beutel & Delarece McKellar, Platinum Sponsors & Oakey State High School future leaders. We have live entertainment, three course meal, lots of fun, raffles, lucky door prizes and of course the charity auction!

Confirmed auction items this year include:

  • Signed and framed Lions guernsey
  • Holiday
  • Gift baskets (that’s right, there’s more than one!)
  • Tool box BBQ
  • Not one, but TWO chainsaws
  • And much more!

Due to popular demand, the ticket booking deadline has been extended to 5pm Saturday September 27th.

Tickets include: Three Course Meal, complimentary drink on entry, a White Ribbon, lucky door ticket, live entertainment & children under 12 years receive a small gift.

Price:   Adults $75.00 (group booking of 8 or more tickets, adults $65.00 each. If you have a full table combination of adults and children, please call or email me for a price)

Child aged 5-12 years $35.00

Child under 5 years FREE
