The Teapot Extravaganza is a one-of-a-kind exhibition that features over 400 decorative, functional, novelty and antique teapots and exquisite crockery in St Albans Hall, whilst outdoors you can browse through book and plant stalls, barbecue at weekends and craft and bric-a-brac, and other spectacular displays around the 70th anniversary theme inside St Albans Church. You’re also invited to relax and enjoy a delightful devonshire tea made with real tea leaves!
Special displays include:
over 300 tea towels from around the world,
aprons and quilting,
dolls and wedding dresses, and
a special Royal memorabilia section
Children are catered for with a jumping castle and free activities between 10am and 2pm each day.
The Teapot Extravaganza is located at St Albans Church and Hall, on the corner of Anzac Avenue and Hill Street, Toowoomba and runs from Saturday 21st to Saturday 28th September during the Carnival of Flowers, and is open 9.30am to 4.30pm daily. Admission is only $4.00 – money raised assists outreach programs in various communities. Bus tours are welcome.
