Free Family Fun Day at Picnic Point on Australia Day

Toowoomba’s Australia Day celebration offers a grand finale to the lazy days of January with a day of free family entertainment. January 26th offers an unmissable event for an increasing number of families who enjoy the billy tea, damper, lamingtons, the sausage sizzle, snowcones, fairy floss, sideshow rides, tattoos and the coo-ee competition to a backdrop of entertainment.
The Program commences at 6.45am with the Welcome and Flag Raising at 7am. 2010 is the Year of the Girl Guides and the Toowoomba Australia Day Awards and Girl Guides Centenary Presentation commences at 11.15am.
