Downlands Year 10 student, Kady Ibell, attended the Darling Downs Regional Swimming awards night on Saturday night where she was awarded Toowoomba 14 year old champion, Toowoomba Open swimmer of the meet and Darling Downs 13 years and over swimmer of the meet.
