St Luke’s Anglican Church on the corner of  Herries and Ruthven Streets, Toowoomba will be holding a candlelight vigil from 5pm this afternoon with prayers for those who have lost their lives in the school shooting in Connecticut, USA , and for their families. All are welcome.
