AccessAbility Day is a new Australian Government initiative, which allows employers to connect with a person with disability and see their potential in the workplace, while also providing an opportunity for people with disability to gain an insight into a workplace and types of employment.
A letter from Mayor, Paul Antonio has been attached to encourage your organisation to participate in the AccessAbility Day initiative of the Australian Government. This initiative supports people with disability in our local community.
Should you have further questions about getting involved, please contact one the three local Disability Employment Service providers detailed in the Mayor’s letter, or by calling the AccessAbility Day Hotline on 1800 464 800.
