Friends,
In this trying time, many people are confused about how to recover their property, particularly vehicles.
To assist with the identification, location and return of vehicles involved in the 2011 floods in the South East Qld area, the following advice is issued to assist the public in the return of their vehicle. People suffering loss of the vehicle are encouraged to contact Policelink on 131444.
It is important that any insurance details are included and all possible vehicle descriptions provided. Advice as to whether anyone/business authorised to remove the vehicle should also be provided.
